You can schedule permanent deletion of your KoraNow account from inside the app, or ask us to do it by email if you cannot sign in.
Sign in, open Profile, choose Close account, select Delete my account, and confirm the 6-digit code sent to your account email.
Access pauses immediately. Permanent deletion happens after 30 days. Signing in and reactivating during that period cancels deletion.
The account and the personal data covered by the request are permanently deleted, including your player card, match history and squad memberships.
Limited fraud-prevention ban fingerprints and records required by law may be retained, as described in the Privacy Policy.
No app access?
Email us from the address registered to your KoraNow account. We verify ownership before processing any deletion request, so requests from another address will be refused.
